JT started in Healthcare in 1990 providing key executive leadership for a startup company at that time, Rocky Mountain Care, a trusted and very successful provider of hospice, home care, and skilled nursing services. Since that time, he has served in senior management and executive positions, and holds extensive knowledge in all payor segments and services including managed care, Third Party Liability (TPL), compliance, audits, coding and billing overpayments, implantable device / DME auditing, and reimbursement within the industry.

John with more than 33 years of extensive knowledge also remains the Chief Executive Officer for Clarity Implantable Solutions, LLC the successor enterprise to JET Recovery Services he also founded in 2009. John and a small group of entrepreneurs were the first to develop and manage this specialty implant audit service focused on the accuracy and cost of implantable devices to support health plans including healthcare care payors, workers' compensation payors, TPAs, union plans, and self-funded employer group health plans. Clarity continues to grow steadily under his executive leadership.
