Counselor for many years now. I have had the distinct pleasure of working alongside this
woman, Carol Leming and she is incredible. The insight, the inspiration that she gives to others
to help them "Literally Change their Lives" is remarkable. She has given me so many

more. Carol not only has talent to help transform people's lives, she lives it. She is a sincere,

Signing up for coaching with Carol has changed my life. I had no idea the
amount of information and education I lacked,so no wonder I was stuck, emotionally, mentally
and physically.
I learned how to stop procrastinating, write out my short & long term goals and obtain them even
before the sessions had ended. I am successfully in recovery from drugs over two and half
years now, and have the dream job I want. I have lost 15 pounds, (5 pounds per month) during
the 90 day transformational sessions which I did not ask for, that as a bonus during my
sessions.

I am a business owner that almost lost my business. When I met Carol, I was sarcastic, rude, interrupted people, did not believe Counseling would help me, little own "enlighten me". Oh, I made sure I sounded tough and
rough. Most of the time I thought I had everything figured out. Well I am here to tell anyone now,
if your life is going sideways, and you need to know how to get your business in shape, work
with Carol Leming. She is the real deal.
I am still a business owner in a prominent town in Oregon, I do have more friends now than I
ever have had before, true friends, and a stable marriage. I now can say I am giving my children
and my wife what they deserve and that is a whole bunch of love. I used to call Carol "Mary
Poppins" with a big stick, LOL.
Because when she had enough of my attitude, she gave me the right amount of "sternness" in a
loving way to help open my eyes and ears and my brain to listen to what I needed not only for
business success, but for my family, my children, and I did always feel she liked me
unconditionally, not matter what she learned about me. That made me trust her, and feel respect
for her and she kindly withstood all the nonsense I threw her way because she saw the "Real

to believe in myself, little own my future. Life is awesome. I still have to remind myself to slow
down, do self-care, not work all the time because my focus was on just money and not what I

I always told you that you helped save my life and I meant it, but you always told me that I saved my own life. You always gave the credit back to me, but honestly you did it. You helped me believe in myself one day at a time. The skills and tools you taught helped me to become a new man who even I could trust. Today, I try to pay it forward to help others. I used to tell Carol, she helped save my life. She would always tell me, "No, you saved your own life". Carol is Humble and sincere. I did not trust anyone, except my children before I came to Counseling. Carol helped me to see all of the integrity I have, all of the intelligence I have, all of the follow-through accountability I have to manage my own life and become successful. I trust people now, I have a social life, I help others and my children are proud of me. I was taught the skills, tools, correct thinking, given the encouragement to change and fly like a butterfly. Well here you are, still Counseling, mentoring, now "Life Coach". I did give you a
recommendation in my words, now written. It has been a long journey. I am so grateful I took the
leap of faith and jumped towards my goals, my dream and it has been so inspiring.
My family life is a blessing and completely turned around. My Business is great, I just had to get my
thoughts, my emotions, my physical self and psychological self in shape to withstand all of the changes
that came about in a fairly short amount of time. I did not see at first that my business was failing because
I was failing as a Husband, as a Father. That is the way I use to feel and what I thought. But you showed
me I was always there, a loving Father, a loving Husband and worked so many hours I was killing myself
along with relationship's around me. I didn't mean to because I could not see it. Those were my "Blind

even see clearly. I love what I do, I would call it a success, I love my family and now we have better

Carol is incredible as a counselor, I can imagine how incredible she is as a Life Coach helping
others and I have told her many times how she has helped me. I felt her believing in me, when I
did not believe in myself. I had a hard time even speaking, or sharing any emotions at all, and
certainly did not trust others, and I didn't even trust myself. Today, I can speak in groups, I am a
Mother, a wife who now leaves the house and has more of a social life than I have not

Wow, what a
Journey. If you told me back in 2017 I would restore my life, my goals, ,my dreams and become
the woman I wanted to be, the Mother I wanted to be, the Wife I wanted to be, then become a
Counselor myself to help others, I would have thought for sure, that is just all a pipe dream, it
just won't happen. Today, I stand a changed woman. Being Counseled by Carol Leming, was
the best decision I made to reach so many of my dreams. I reached every goal I set out to
accomplish and more.
I had to learn self-care and to become honest with myself and others about how I truly felt and I
found...ME. Assignment, by assignment, I found myself working through realizations, being
honest and sincere, beginning to trust myself and others, taking leaps of faith, learning to

Carol was my coach-counselor. She helped me tremendously believe in myself again. I was broken. I had a lower self esteem, it was rising, although after 2 yrs. working with her, I was a different person. Not only did she help support me with no judgements, unconditional acceptance, she gave me assignments to open my eyes to the possibility of me changing, transforming my life, and I have. After Carol retired from the "Corporate World" in 2019, I missed her. She contacted me in 2022 and asked how I was doing. Who does that? She is incredible. for people who want to learn how to be happy. 2022. This experience was exhilarating, worth the efforts, insightful, encouraging and boosted my self esteem. Wow, well I was not ready actually to begin my Art Therapy when I did, I thought I was but not.
Actually I enjoyed the meditation to meet my future self, that was insightful and helpful
immensely. I did draw a picture of my life now and realized I need to add a lot to my life that I
want. Thus, new goals were created. Since then I have stopped my employment, invested in
myself, re-created a new resume, and given myself time off to understand more clearly what I
want. I don't feel a bit nervous or bad about that, I have learned I have to take care of myself
first in order to achieve what I need and want for my future. I have gained what I want, and feel
happy about it. Thanks for your dedication, your help, your open understanding and
encouraging ways Carol. I have learned a lot.

It was exciting to complete the Crystal Clear Art Therapy exercises because they helped me realize just how much I knew about myself already and how much I did not know about myself. To be honest I did not believe 100% that these exercises would help transform me as much as what they actually did. I also have experienced an understanding of just how much I have changed over the past 6 months, realizing these Art exercises opened a door of perpetual, consistent change ongoing. That's pretty powerful. I would definitely recommend experiencing this journey into your future. I gained insights of where I actually was when I started the Art Therapy, gained knowledge of where I wanted to go, and now have realized, because I did those exercises and wrote out in my journal about where I wanted to be in my future, I've realized all of that has indeed materialized. When my mind is not focused on the progression daily, I did not realize just how much I have completed a lot of my own desires for my future. This Art Therapy I can honestly say is one of the most powerful experiences I have had to further my goals so quickly. Thank you Carol.

This Book called “Crystal Clear Art Therapy” helped me so much. Major changes have happened in just a few months. I have the energy to clean out my parents belongings that filled my garage, house and storage. I have not procrastinated for the past few months and set my goals to accomplish all of this that I had been putting off for a long time. I have completed my certification for Life & Health Coaching with HCI. I have made defining decisions about my relationship. I have started my coaching business. I have changed my eating patterns. I have gained a lot more control over my arthritis, and have a goal of helping other women discover pain remedies for their own arthritis. I am preparing for surgery soon and do not feel as fearful about it. I am more positive than I have been in a long time. These Art therapy exercises help you discover so much about yourself, learn and apply to your life. Thank you Carol, the whole experience has been very helpful.
