Well\u2026I find myself at one score and eleven years after I turned forty (calendar) years of age as a Pisces.<\/p>\n

Oh the places I\u2019ve been.<\/p>\n

And Yo-ho-tally-ho for more places to go and interesting things to do before my epitaph is chiseled in stone.<\/p>\n

Have I learned anything substantive to share with you?<\/em><\/p>\n

I think so. Yet I ask you to be the judge and jury for my sense.<\/p>\n

=> In no particular precedence, my top 5 lessons to be learned and shared are:<\/p>\n

a. God is great, beer is good, and people are crazy.\u00a0Get crazy<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 please \u2013 and move stuff as very good medicine.<\/p>\n

Be an\u00a0Xercist<\/strong><\/em>!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n

b.\u00a0And\u00a0is<\/em>\u00a0positive<\/strong>, BUT is negative. No BUTs allowed. (Strong buttocks are indeed allowed and encouraged.)<\/p>\n

c.\u00a0Down-aging<\/strong>\u00a0by 7 to 10 years vis-a-vis your demographic and gender peers is a DOABLE DO.\u00a0There is No Alternative (TINA)<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 so\u2026 DO IT daily.<\/p>\n

d.\u00a0Timing isn\u2019t everything.<\/strong>\u00a0Yet it can be a whole lot of somethings.<\/p>\n

e.\u00a0Good things take time<\/strong>. A skinny Austrian kid invested years to\u00a0BE BACK\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>as the Terminator \u2013 yes?<\/p>\n

As Quenn Elizabeth the second advised near the end of her very long Healtspan \u2013 \u2013 \u2013<\/p>\n

When you Stop \u2013 You Drop. Don\u2019t Stop.<\/p>\n

Stay well past forty,<\/p>\n
