Twenty-one years of nursing leadership led me to advanced practice nursing degree in family medicine. My mission is to provide excellence in patient-centered care through the advancement of preventive and integrative medicine. The goal is to empower clients to ultimately take control of their health and wellness.

Beauty for me begins within, on a cellular level. When we take care of our health and create the balance our body continuously strives for, we exude beauty, strength, and confidence on the outside. Treating patients for over 20 years, my passion shifted to treating clients’ underlying conditions, not just the symptoms. My passion is centered around prevention and longevity which includes the biopsychosocial aspect of each individual. While managing the thoracic practice for over 16 years, I understood with the advancement of medicine we need to offer more to the client. I’ve been studying Integrative Medicine since 2018, and obtained my master’s degree from USC as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
As a board member for CHOC Glass Slipper Guild, I volunteer my time and continue to stay committed to the growth of Children’s Hospital of Orange County. Dedicated to the advancement of healthcare technologies, I am a member of the American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine, Functional Medicine of Orange County, Southern Medical Association, California Nurse Practitioner Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and American Nurses Association.
