About Us

The Ranch at Jackson Bluff, “The Ranch” was started in December 2020 with the purchase of 385 acres by the father and son team of Martin and David Jennen.  The Ranch is located near the town of Lamar, AR and is blessed to have Little Piney Creek flow through it, providing over a mile of creek frontage.  The Ozark Mountains and the Ozark National Forest lie to the north and the Ouachita Mountains and the Ouachita National Forest and the Arkansas River lie to the south.  Jackson Bluff is a noted landmark on the property and provided the basis of the name chosen for this little piece of heaven.

The decision was made to open The Ranch to event hosting and the 1st scheduled event will be the weekend of the Solar Eclipse in April 2024.  Over 100 acres of open space will be able for the Solar Eclipse event.

Future events will center around “OUTDOORFEST”, our concept of a multi-day music festival to be hosted twice per year.

The Ranch provides an ideal place to host events due its proximity to I-40 and Hwy 64, yet its natural beauty has been mostly unchanged over the past century.
