GAEMI can safely deliver amenities, food, and beverages to hotel guests, while protecting their privacy and health through contactless delivery.

Room Service order is received

The requested item is placed in GAEMI's storage, and the destination is entered

Delivery begins

GAEMI uses the elevator to move between floors

GAEMI exits the elevator on the correct floor and continues to the destination

Knock on the guest's door to indicate arrivial at the destination

Guest collects items and confirms successful delivery

GAEMI returns to the charging station
