R Scott Schriewer, soon after earning a BFA from Texas Tech, R Scott Schriewer began his writing career with Trade Magazines, shortly thereafter moving on to become a feature writer for a metropolitan newspaper. “Tabernacles in the Sun” is in Schriewer’s third published novel. “Gauchos Cannot Sing Soprano,” published under the pen name Robert Scott, received favorable reviews and landed a Book of the Year Award for humor/satire (Black Rose Writing). Schriewer also publishes poetry in various small-print literary magazines.
