3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • Only one account is permitted per user or business unless approved by STR ToolBox
  • Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred

4. Subscription and Payment

STR ToolBox offers subscription-based plans billed on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard
  • Refunds, if offered, are subject to our refund policy at the time of purchase
  • Free trials, if available, are limited to one per user or business

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and lawful listing information
  • Ensure you own or have rights to all uploaded content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Comply with Airbnb, VRBO, and other platform terms
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior
  • Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Violating copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
  • Misrepresenting property details or pricing
  • Attempting to access or breach system security

7. Intellectual Property

STR ToolBox owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, branding, and proprietary content.

  • You retain ownership of your listing and marketing content
  • You grant STR ToolBox a limited license to use your content solely to provide the service
  • AI-generated content is provided for your use, subject to these terms

8. Third-Party Integrations

STR ToolBox integrates with third-party services including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Airbnb, and VRBO.

  • Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies
  • You are responsible for complying with third-party requirements
  • STR ToolBox is not liable for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by third parties

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

STR ToolBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • No guarantee of increased bookings or revenue
  • No guarantee of pricing accuracy or market performance
  • AI recommendations are suggestions only
  • You are solely responsible for business decisions and outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STR ToolBox’s total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, indirect damages, or platform suspensions by third parties.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STR ToolBox from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.

  • STR ToolBox may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked
  • Data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policies
  • Refunds, if any, follow the active refund policy

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
